The Ministry of Digital Transformation will create the e-system 'Our Home' for managing apartment buildings.
Ukraine plans to implement the electronic system 'Our Home', which will provide apartment owners with up-to-date information about their housing and the opportunity to participate in online meetings and votes. This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
The 'Our Home' system will be launched within two years. It will contain complete information about apartment buildings and the activities of homeowners' associations.
Apartment owners will have access to current information about their housing and will participate in meetings and votes online. Homeowners' associations and managers will store decisions and documents about the building in secure digital storage. They will also report on their work on the website,' the Ministry stated.
The Ministry explains that there was previously no such tool in Ukraine that would store complete information about apartment buildings and documentation in a secure manner. 'Our Home' aims to digitize the management process of buildings and make it more convenient and transparent.
Moreover, such a system will provide the state with an effective tool for collecting analytics on apartment buildings with the aim of making effective decisions in the field of housing policy.
The 'eOselya' Program for Youth
Under the 'eOselya' program, young Ukrainians up to 26 years old will have the opportunity to obtain a mortgage with an initial contribution of 10% of the housing cost, which is half of the previously set contribution of 20%. The Ministry of Economy reports this.
'Now young Ukrainians will be able to join the program by paying a lower first installment - 10% of the housing cost,' said First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko.
Until now, only 9% of participants in the 'eOselya' program were young people. In total, 1,115 loans have been provided to this category of persons.
Also, individuals who were forced to leave their homes due to the war are allowed to purchase housing under the 'eOselya' program for up to 10 years. This condition applies to residential properties in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions.
