According to TSN.ua: High-level peace negotiations are set to take place in Geneva on February 17-18. The Russian delegation will be led by Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky, who previously headed Russia's delegation at talks in Istanbul in May 2025. He will be joined by Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, who will serve as co-chair of the negotiating group. The Russian delegation will consist of at least 15 individuals in total.
