The Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated five villages in Dnipropetrovsk region: the operation lasted over 100 days.
According to ТСН: The operation to liberate five settlements in Dnipropetrovsk region lasted over 100 days. The list includes the villages of Orestopil, Novoselivka, Sosnivka, Khoroshe and Vorone.
This became known from a message on the Telegram channel of the 225th Separate Assault Regiment.
The message stated that the liberation of the settlements was carried out with the support of the fighters of the 20th Army Corps. The published video shows the villages that were able to be liberated, as well as footage of the Ukrainian flag being raised in the liberated territory and photos of the soldiers who participated in the operation.
Activities of the soldiers
Since the beginning of autumn, when the operation began, the fighters of the 3rd Assault Battalion of the 225th Separate Assault Regiment have been in positions carrying out counterattacks.
“This is a unique case where a unit held its positions and advanced forward continuously for more than 100 days. All soldiers who participated in this operation have been nominated for state awards,” the message states.

DeepState analysts previously reported that over the past day, Russian invaders advanced near Kindratovka in Sumy region and in Vovchansk in Kharkiv region. It was also noted that Ukrainian forces regained control over most of Kupiansk after a counterattack.
This operation highlights the resilience and courage of Ukrainian defenders who continue to fight for the restoration of Ukraine's territorial integrity. The liberation of new settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region contributes to improving security in the region and inspires further successes in the struggle against the aggressor.
