A murderer of a friend has been detained in Kropyvnytskyi region: the reason was jealousy.

According to ТСН: A 21-year-old girl has been detained in Kropyvnytskyi region for killing her friend during a celebration due to jealousy.

According to the police, they received a report about a missing woman, who was born in 2001.

Discovery of the body

During the search operations in a ravine in the town of Znamenka, law enforcement officers discovered the body of the missing woman with numerous stab wounds to the neck and torso.

"The police established that on the eve of the tragedy, the victim was at a friend's house, where they were both consuming alcohol. A conflict arose between them on the basis of jealousy, during which the homeowner inflicted numerous stab wounds on the victim, from which she died," the message says.

Detaining the suspect

Law enforcement officers have detained the suspect and informed her of the charges. Under the sanction of the article, she could face up to fifteen years of imprisonment.
