Russian shelling of Kherson on Christmas: a market worker killed.
According to ТСН: On Christmas, December 25, Russian terrorists launched a massive shelling of the center of Kherson. They opened fire on the market, where people were preparing for the celebration.
The head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported on the consequences of the attack, noting that "as a result of numerous 'hits', trade points were destroyed".
Victims and Injured
This cynical strike took the life of a 47-year-old market worker. "Sincere condolences to the relatives and loved ones of the deceased," the article states.
Previously, the occupiers also attacked Kherson using drones. As a result of this shelling, a 27-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man were injured. They suffered mine-explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds.
The injured were promptly taken to a medical facility, where doctors provide them with necessary assistance and conduct further examinations.
This tragedy highlights how serious the threats to the civilian population in Ukraine remain. The shelling of Kherson and other cities does not stop, disrupting the peaceful life of people and leaving a trail of pain and loss. The situation in the region requires close attention and support, as efforts to restore security and stability for local residents continue.
