In Vinnytsia region, a mother faces 15 years: suspected of corrupting her daughter.

According to ТСН: In the Vinnytsia region, a mother has been suspected of corrupting her minor daughter and distributing pornography involving her.

Police in the region seized pornographic material from the suspect's mobile phone during a search. The woman faces up to 15 years of imprisonment.

Under the supervision of the Haisyn District Prosecutor's Office, investigators have charged the woman under part 4 of article 301-1 (production, distribution of child pornography with coercion of a minor to participate in the creation of child pornography) and part 2 of article 156 (committing lascivious acts against a minor, committed by a family member) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

It should be noted that in Kyiv, a young man corrupted his 8-year-old niece. The offender was detained and suspected under part 2 of article 156 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

This tragedy highlighted not only the issue of violence in families but also the general danger faced by children in Ukraine. The situation raises concerns and emphasizes the need to strengthen legislation and protective measures for minors. The authorities continue to work on finding ways to overcome these serious challenges.
