Political scientist Volodymyr Fesenko believes that Russia may conclude a new pact between the most aggressive regimes in the world.

He recalled that before the Second World War, the 'Anti-Comintern Pact' was concluded between Nazi Germany and militaristic Japan, which formed their military-political alliance. Italy and other countries later joined this document.

'And now, a new 'axis of evil'. This is a term that has been popular for several years. Who are Russia's closest military allies? This is North Korea. These relations are officially enshrined in a treaty of strategic partnership. This treaty only confirms what already exists: the supply of weapons from North Korea to Russia and other cooperation. Each country benefits from this alliance. North Korea is very important for economic assistance from Russia, including food and military technologies. And Putin needs soldiers, 'cannon fodder', as Russia has a problem with mobilization and recruitment of contractors. The problem lies in the increasing social and political tension during large-scale mobilization. But the reserve is North Korean troops,' the political scientist said.

Fesenko also noted that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un wants to test his soldiers in combat and at the same Time earn money through cooperation with Russia. In addition, the Russian Federation needs ammunition from North Korea to continue the war with Ukraine.

'The third possible participant in this alliance is Iran. There is information that Russia is considering the possibility of concluding a similar agreement with Iran as with North Korea. If this happens, a new pact of the most aggressive regimes in the world will be created through Russia. This is a great threat to international security, both in the Middle East and in the Far East,' the political scientist pointed out.
