Dmytro Lubinets confirmed that the vast majority of those freed are enlisted personnel. The exchange process saw the return of representatives from various branches of the armed forces, including:
- Naval Forces
- Ground Forces

Support for Released Military Personnel
Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko assured that comprehensive assistance would be provided for the returning service members. This will include medical examinations, treatment, rehabilitation, and mental health support programs. The prisoner swap represents a significant step in bringing Ukrainian citizens home, highlighting the state's efforts to support its military during a difficult period. The reintegration of former prisoners of war is a critical challenge for nations at war.
Prisoner exchanges are a vital component of humanitarian policy during conflict, as returning soldiers home not only restores family bonds but also boosts the morale of other troops. The steps taken by the Ukrainian authorities for the rehabilitation and support of the freed individuals may have long-term consequences for their adaptation to civilian life, particularly in a postwar recovery context. This underscores the importance of the state's social responsibility for its citizens, especially under conditions of armed conflict.
