Rocket attack on Vyshgorod: developer of Ukrainian weapon 'Flamingo' killed.
According to ТСН: An employee of the defense company Fire Point, which develops the 'Flamingo' missile, was killed in his home as a result of the latest enemy attack on Vyshgorod.
This was reported by Denis Shtilerman, co-owner and chief designer of Fire Point, on his social media account X.
«During the attack on Vyshgorod, the Russians killed our colleague. His family is in serious condition in the hospital. It is the Russians' luck that we, unlike them, do not retaliate against their residential buildings for the daily shelling of our peaceful cities. Because we know perfectly well where many of our enemies live along with their families. We must root out the Russian empire.»
The company Fire Point is renowned for the development and production of the cruise missile 'Flamingo,' which is an important component of Ukraine's efforts to strengthen its own defense capabilities.
At the moment, the name of the deceased employee has not been disclosed.
Also, on the night of November 30, Russian troops carried out a missile strike on residential and industrial facilities in Vyshgorod in the Kyiv region. This strike led to a fire and partial destruction of a multi-story building, with flames engulfing apartments from the first to the sixth floor of the nine-story building.
This tragedy once again highlights the threat posed by enemy attacks to the civilian population of Ukraine. Incidents like this horrific loss are becoming increasingly common, underscoring the importance of safety and protection for Ukrainian cities and civilians in these challenging times. The actions of Fire Point in producing defense means take on even greater significance against the backdrop of such events, as they work to strengthen the country's defense capabilities.
