PlayCity has chosen a contractor for the online monitoring system
According to inkorr.com: The State Agency PlayCity has completed the tender for the creation of the State online monitoring system. This information was reported by the publication 'Glavkom', citing data from the ProZorro platform.
The winner of the competition is the company 'Computer Information Technologies', which offered a price of 25.9 million UAH. It should be noted that 'Kedrtech' LLC submitted the lowest bid of 19.9 million UAH, but its application was rejected due to lack of necessary support.
According to data from the analytical system YouControl, 'Computer Information Technologies' LLC (KIT) was founded in 2007 and registered in Kyiv.
Company experience in the industry
The owners of the company are Serhiy Malomen and Oleksandr Yefremov, who also own the enterprises 'KIT Group', 'KITSoft' and 'KITSoft Plus'. They have significant experience in developing various services, including participating in the creation of the electronic services portal 'DiiA' for the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
The company 'KIT' also modernized the information and analytical system 'Maine' for the municipal enterprise 'Main Information Computing Center' in 2019 for a total of 1.87 million UAH. In 2025, the firm won the tender for the modernization of the software module 'Kvartoblik' for the same center, planning to earn about 10 million UAH for this work.
In addition, the company received a contract from 'Ukrainian Multimedia Broadcasting Platform' for 10 million UAH to develop the platform The Gaze, which was completed in one day. Overall, 'KIT' has won 72 contracts for a total of 77.5 million UAH.
Thus, the enterprise 'Computer Information Technologies' has won the tender for creating the State online monitoring system, demonstrating its competence and reliability, despite the higher price of the proposal compared to other participants.
The online monitoring system will be an important tool for ensuring transparency and efficiency in the activities of state institutions. The victory of 'Computer Information Technologies' indicates their experience and ability to implement innovative solutions. This could initiate a new wave of modernization of state services and increase their accessibility for citizens.Read also
