The winner of the competition is the company 'Computer Information Technologies', which offered a price of 25.9 million UAH. It should be noted that 'Kedrtech' LLC submitted the lowest bid of 19.9 million UAH, but its application was rejected due to lack of necessary support.

The owners of the company are Serhiy Malomen and Oleksandr Yefremov, who also own the enterprises 'KIT Group', 'KITSoft' and 'KITSoft Plus'.
