According to TSN.ua: A fire at a market in Kyiv's Podil district has been extinguished, leaving one man injured. The incident occurred on February 1 at 04:56. The blaze originated in a single-story utility building and subsequently spread to nearby metal kiosks. Markets in Ukraine are often densely packed with goods and vendors, which can accelerate a fire's spread.
Extinguishing the Blaze and Aftermath
Firefighters managed to put out the fire by 06:12, after it had covered an area of approximately 80 square meters. The injured man, who suffered burns, was handed over to an emergency medical team. The cause of the fire and the full circumstances are currently under investigation.
