Assault on the Region

According to TSN.ua: Russian forces launched a multi-pronged assault on the Dnipropetrovsk region overnight, targeting the city of Dnipro with missiles, drones, artillery, and aerial bombs. The prolonged attack caused fires and significant damage to infrastructure. An air raid alert in Dnipro lasted from 00:12 to 07:22, indicating a sustained and intense bombardment.

In Dnipro, the attack damaged:

  • A private enterprise;
  • Administrative buildings;
  • Residential properties;
  • Automobiles.

Specifically, three administrative buildings, a children's football club, and two private houses were affected. Beyond Dnipro, the city of Kryvyi Rih also came under fire, resulting in damage to a local enterprise. The Krynychanska community was struck as well, with damage reported to housing.

Regional Impact

The Nikopol district was another area targeted in the attacks. Strikes involving artillery and drones caused destruction to infrastructure, shops, an educational center, apartment buildings, and vehicles. An administrative building and cars in one of Dnipro's districts were also damaged.
