According to TSN.ua: On March 25, Russian forces targeted energy facilities across Ukraine, causing widespread blackouts. In the city of Slavutych, approximately 21,000 residents lost power. Mykola Kalashnyk commented:
“Following the morning strike, Slavutych was temporarily cut off from centralized electricity supply.” - Mykola Kalashnyk
In the Chernihiv region, the attacks left around 150,000 households without electricity, highlighting severe damage to local energy infrastructure. The Nizhyn district also experienced outages, affecting 62,000 subscribers.
