According to TSN.ua: On February 17, 2023, explosions rocked Ukraine's western regions of Rivne and Khmelnytskyi following Russian attacks. Air raid sirens were activated multiple times in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, while in Rivne Oblast, the alert sounded twice and lasted for nearly four hours.
