Today, September 28, in the morning, Russian forces attacked a medical facility in the city of Sumy twice. This led to the death of six people. This was reported by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Igor Klymenko.
As a result of the first shelling, one person was killed, and the ceiling of several floors of the hospital was damaged. The evacuation of patients and medical staff began.
Klymenko noted that rescue workers and police arrived at the scene. However, the enemy attacked again during the evacuation of the sick.
Currently, six fatalities are known, including one police officer. One police officer was also injured.
It is worth reminding that today, on September 28, in the morning, the enemy carried out an airstrike on a medical facility in Sumy, using a drone of the 'Shahed' type. Emergency services, police, and medics are working at the scene.
