Russia attacked Kharkiv and Dnipro: Zelensky promised a response.

Earlier, on September 26, Russian troops also shelled a shopping center in the Kyiv district of Kharkiv, resulting in injuries and damage to a municipal bus.
In addition, Russian forces attacked Dnipro with drones, resulting in injuries and fatalities.
In his evening address, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky commented on Russia's aerial strikes on Ukraine. He stated that Ukraine responded to aggression and would continue to destroy Russian logistics and fuel infrastructure.
