Russians attacked a car in Kharkiv region with a drone: Supreme Court judge killed.
In Kozacha Lopan, Kharkiv region, Russian troops hit a car with a drone. As a result of the strike, a Supreme Court judge who was driving the car was killed, and three more women were injured. This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office and the head of the military administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
According to the investigation, on September 28, an FPV drone hit a civilian Mitsubishi Lancer. The 61-year-old driver died on the spot. The victim of the strike was a Supreme Court judge who was distributing humanitarian aid to local residents.
It is also currently known about three injured women. According to preliminary data, they were also in this car. They were hospitalized.
Law enforcement officers have launched an investigation for violations of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Later, the Supreme Court reported that as a result of the strike, Supreme Court judge in the Cassation Criminal Court, Leonid Loboyko, was killed.
Recall that today, on September 28, Russia carried out a repeat air strike on a hospital in Sumy, when the police had already arrived at the scene. As a result, Colonel Ihor Poladych, head of the personnel support sector of the Sumy District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Sumy region, received a fatal wound.
Also, the advisor to the former commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, and Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Nikitiuk, was killed by Russian shelling of the city of Dobropillia in the Donetsk region.
