According to ТСН: On January 2, Russian troops struck a high-rise building in Kharkiv. As a result of this attack, people were injured, and significant damage occurred.
This was reported by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synehubov.
The Kyiv district of the city was shelled. According to preliminary data, the number of injured is high.
“At this moment, there are 12 injured,” wrote Terekhov on social media.
Synehubov also noted that all emergency services are directed to the site of the strike to assess the consequences of the shelling.
It is worth adding that on January 1, the Russian army attacked the suburbs of Kharkiv using a guided aerial bomb.
This event once again highlighted the difficult situation in the region, where people suffer daily from the consequences of military actions. People are trying to return to normal life, but the attacks only worsen the humanitarian situation and create new challenges for local authorities. Emergency services continue to work to assist the victims and assess the damage.
