According to TSN.ua: Romania detected a Russian unmanned aircraft approaching its national airspace, prompting the deployment of F-16 fighter jets to monitor the situation. On March 17, 2023, the country's surveillance systems picked up a drone signal in the northern part of Tulcea County, roughly 20 kilometers north of the town of Vylkove. In response, at 7:17 PM, the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations issued a RO-ALERT notification to inform the public about the unfolding event.
