Shmyhal spoke about the elimination of the consequences of the attack on Ukraine's energy system.
Work continues to correct the consequences of the Russian attack on the energy system in Ukraine. About 220 thousand subscribers in Odesa and Dnipropetrovsk regions remain without electricity supply, said Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
According to the head of the government, energy workers are working around the clock to restore damaged equipment. Electricity, heating, and water supply have been restored in Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, and Rivne regions.
In Odesa, water supply restoration, repair of water pumping stations, and provision of technical water are underway. The restoration of centralized heating is also ongoing. Social facilities are equipped with electricity generators.
According to Shmyhal, resilience points have been established where people can access essential services and recharge their devices.
The Prime Minister noted that the government and local authorities have taken various scenarios into account and prepared for winter. They also promote the development of decentralized generation and encourage citizens and businesses to switch to autonomous energy supply to be resilient to Russian terror.
