The woman kept 36,300 hryvnias for herself, while a married couple who organized the scheme took 33,000 hryvnias. During the investigation, the woman returned 33,600 hryvnias to the state budget.

The court's primary sentence was one year of imprisonment. However, the woman was released from serving this term and instead received a one-year probationary period. As a condition of her probation, she is required to report periodically to supervisory authorities.
