According to UATV: A three-way meeting involving Ukraine, the United States, and Russia took place in Abu Dhabi on January 23, 2023, focused on ending Russia's war against Ukraine. The primary objective of the discussions was to find a path to peace, an urgent necessity given the prolonged conflict.
