Tusk warned about the rise of pro-Russian sentiments in Poland: what caused it

According to inkorr.com: The Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, expressed concern about the rise of pro-Russian sentiments and negative attitudes towards Ukraine in the country. In his opinion, this phenomenon is caused by the actions of the Kremlin, which amplify the fears and emotions of the population. He emphasized that politicians must take all necessary measures to stop this trend instead of succumbing to it.

“The wave of pro-Russian sentiments and antipathy towards Ukraine, which is fighting for survival, is growing, fueled by the Kremlin based on genuine fears and emotions. The role of politicians is to stop this wave, not to ride on it. This is a test of patriotism and maturity of the entire Polish political class,” Tusk stated.

Tusk also noted that Polish security services and military have enough information about the individuals responsible for drone attacks on the country. He urged residents to rely only on official sources of information and to avoid spreading manipulations and misinformation.

Violation of Polish airspace

In light of recent events, when Russian drones violated Polish airspace, the situation remains tense. NATO has already activated Article 4 of the North Atlantic Treaty, which provides for joint consultations among member states in the event of threats to territorial integrity and security.

The escalation of the situation indicates the need for decisive actions by politicians and law enforcement agencies. Tusk's words call for unity and vigilance from the Polish society to prevent Russian propaganda from influencing national moods. The military threat associated with the violation of airspace requires high readiness and coordinated actions from NATO and its members.
