“Explosions in Kyiv. Air defense forces are in operation. The massive attack on the capital continues.”

The head of the Kyiv military administration, Tymur Tkachenko, also confirmed that air defense is already engaged. He urged city residents:

“Air defense is active in the capital. Stay in shelters until further notice.”
