A woman's body found in Kyiv: police identify the victim and cause of death.
Emergency Situation in Kyiv
According to ТСН: In the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, a tragic event occurred. While walking, local residents discovered the body of a woman by the Syrets river, which showed no signs of life.
The Kyiv police reported that specialists have already conducted a preliminary examination. Initial data indicate that no signs of violence were found on the deceased's body — there are no signs of a struggle, bruises, or wounds. However, a final conclusion will be made after a detailed autopsy.
Currently, law enforcement is working to identify the woman, as it seems she had no documents with her, and local residents were unable to recognize her.
The body has been sent for forensic examination, which will determine the exact time and cause of death.
In connection with the incident, the investigative department has opened a criminal proceeding under part 1 of article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — intentional murder. This procedure is standard in such cases, however, the case has also been classified with the note 'Natural death'.
Similar Case in Poltava Region
It is also worth mentioning that in the village of Velyki Budyshcha in the Myrhorod district of Poltava region, according to local residents,
it is alleged that a murder occurred: a son killed his father, and under unclear circumstances his cohabitant also died.
These unfortunate events highlight the complicated situation regarding safety in the country. The authorities are trying to clarify the circumstances of the tragedies, which raises concerns in society. It is important that investigative measures are carried out thoroughly, and the results of the investigations are made public to restore trust in law enforcement.
