Russian Attack on Kyiv: 2 Dead and 38 Injured Following the Strike.
According to ТСН: On Saturday evening, a large-scale search and rescue operation concluded in the capital after the Russian missile attack. Kyiv rescuers have completely eliminated the consequences of the strike, dismantling the damaged buildings. Unfortunately, people were harmed during this bombardment.
This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on their official Telegram channel.
Victims and Injured
According to the final data from the rescuers, two people were killed as a result of the shelling, and the number of injured reached 38 individuals with varying degrees of severity of injuries, including one child.
Aside from physical injuries, people also experienced significant psychological stress. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service provided assistance to 50 citizens who found themselves in the epicenter of the event or lost loved ones.
Scale of the Rescue Operation
Large forces were involved in eliminating the consequences of the attack. A total of 360 rescuers worked at the scene.
Seventy-four units of special equipment were used, which helped quickly dismantle the debris and extinguish the fires. All work to dismantle the damaged structures has been completed.
It is worth noting that at night, the Russian army carried out a mass attack on Kyiv. Some consumers in the city remain temporarily without heat supply.
This attack, like many others, highlights the difficult situation in Ukraine, where civilians continue to suffer due to military actions. Rescuers and medical personnel stand to protect people in these difficult times, providing the necessary assistance and support. The situation remains tense, and residents of Kyiv once again face the consequences of war, feeling the need for support and recovery.
