On the evening of October 12, an air raid alert was announced in many regions of Ukraine due to the threat of ballistic usage and the 'Shahed' group.

An explosion was heard in Odesa around 9:00 PM, reported by Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov.

Odesa, please stay in safe places!

At 9:35 PM, the alert was lifted in the area.

It was previously reported that attacks by Russia on Odesa could lead to a war with NATO.

On October 9, Russians attacked the port infrastructure of Odesa Oblast using ballistic missiles. As a result of the attack, the civilian vessel Paresa under the flag of Saint Kitts and Nevis was damaged.

Russian occupiers also exported Ukrainian grain from Mariupol. A shipment of 8,000 tons of grain was taken to one of the Russian ports.

At the United for Justice conference, the Head of the Department for Counteracting Crimes Committed in Conditions of Armed Conflict of the Office of the Prosecutor General, Yuriy Bielousov, stated that the damage from the appropriation of Ukrainian grain by Russia exceeds 30 billion UAH.

Russian forces attacked a civilian vessel carrying wheat to Egypt in the Black Sea after leaving Ukrainian territorial waters.
