According to ТСН: A new opportunity has appeared in the application for conscripts "Reserve+": deferment can be obtained by those whose parents have disabilities of group I or II.

Now conscripts have the right to submit requests for deferment if one of their parents is a person with a disability.

How to obtain deferment online:

  • Submit a request in the "Reserve+" application.

  • The system will automatically check the data in government registers.

  • If the grounds are confirmed, the deferment is granted automatically, and information about it appears in your electronic military record.

The Ministry of Defense states that this process is fully automated, eliminating the need for certificates, queues, and visits to the recruitment center. The processing time for requests can vary from a few minutes to several hours.

The service is available online if the conscript is the only adult child of a person with a disability and there is only one parent in the family. If there are other adult children or both parents, a request cannot be made.

For the system to confirm the grounds:

  • Current data on the disability of the father or mother must be in the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere (UISSS) or the register of the Pension Fund;

  • Correct family data must be indicated in the State Register of Civil Status Acts (SRCSA);

  • The birth record must indicate the Registration number of the tax payer's card (RNTP) of the father or mother with a disability.

If the data is outdated, it needs to be updated in the relevant registers, after which a request can be submitted through "Reserve+". The deferment will be automatically extended.

Recently, a new deferment has also appeared in "Reserve+" for parents who raise children under the age of 18 alone.

Thus, improvements in the "Reserve+" application contribute to simplifying processes for conscripts, especially those who care for relatives with disabilities. This reduces bureaucratic barriers and makes obtaining deferment more accessible and convenient.
