Zelensky's Office reveals the key point of Ukraine's victory plan.
Advisor to the head of the President's Office, Serhiy Leshchenko, named the main point of Ukraine's victory plan, which will be presented by President Zelensky.
He did this on the air of an information telethon.
Leshchenko commented on the question about Ukraine's victory plan in the war.
He believes that the key element of Ukraine's success is the ability to deliver long-range strikes on Russia.
This possibility will be discussed at the UN General Assembly next week, where US President Joe Biden will grant permission.
Leshchenko noted that without this permission, the implementation of Zelensky's victory plan would be impossible.
The President hinted at this plan while speaking at the Yalta European Strategy conference.
Zelensky stated that the success of the plan depends on Biden's support.
Leshchenko claims that this plan will open up new opportunities for Ukraine, namely attacks on airfields, military bases, missile storage and planes that shell Ukrainian territory and kill civilians.
However, Zelensky's victory plan cannot be realized until Ukraine receives permission to attack Russia.
Currently, such permission does not exist because American politicians, including Biden, are concerned about the possibility of Russia using nuclear weapons.
President Biden will not allow Ukraine to attack Russia until a meeting with Zelensky.
