Russian occupiers attacked Kharkiv with combat drones around 05:00. Hits on a residential building in the Industrial district have been recorded.

Amil Omarov, the head of the regional prosecutor's office, reported that, according to preliminary information, the occupiers used 'Geran-2' type drones. About five hits in the residential building occurred. As a result of the attack, there are fatalities and injuries.

According to Omarov, there may still be people under the rubble. All relevant services are working at the site of the Russian shelling.

Victor Zabaishta, the director of the Emergency Medical Assistance Center, reported that among the dead is a one-and-a-half-year-old girl. Seventeen people were injured by the strike, four were taken to the hospital.

“We are afraid that there will be more casualties as the rubble is only being cleared,” Zabaishta stated.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, reported that currently, five people are considered missing.
