Russia's strike on Ternopil: the death toll has risen to 36.
According to ТСН: The number of victims of the Russian strike on Ternopil has risen to 36 people. A woman died in the hospital.
This was reported by the head of the Ternopil regional police, Serhiy Zhubanenko.
The deceased was 81 years old. She lived in a house on 15 Kvitnia Street, which was damaged as a result of enemy shelling.
Information about the deceased and missing persons
Zhubanenko noted that Russia has taken the lives of 36 people in Ternopil – 29 adults and 7 children.
“Unfortunately, 5 people (four adults and one child) are still considered missing. Our investigators, forensic experts, and dog handlers continue to work to establish the fate of each individual,” stated the police chief.
Another victim of the Russian attack has been identified earlier. A 73-year-old man who lived on Stusa Street died as a result of the strike.
“As of November 28, 35 people have died as a result of the missile strike, including 7 children. 5 people, including 1 child, are considered missing,” the police reported.
This is not the first case where strikes by the Russian army result in casualties among the civilian population in Ukraine. The situation remains tense, and law enforcement continues to make joint efforts to establish the fate of the missing. Ensuring safety and providing support to the affected by the state is extremely important during this difficult period.
