Ukrposhta announces the launch of a new service.
New service from Ukrposhta: quick return of parcels
Ukrposhta is launching a new service for arranging quick returns of parcels. This was reported by the company's press service, as per Glavkom.
Ukrposhta is introducing a new service for quick returns of parcels that were not received by the addressees. Now users can send a parcel at one rate and receive it back at a different rate.
Two rates to choose from
For returns, two rates are offered: 'Basic' or 'Priority'.
Priority processing and fast delivery
Parcels arranged under the 'Priority' rate are processed first and delivered in the shortest possible time.
Simple process to use
The service must be utilized at the time of creating the shipment. If the sender did not choose a rate, the system will automatically apply the 'Basic' rate.
Service availability
The service is available in the personal account on the website, in the mobile app, and at the post office.
We understand how important it is for clients to have the ability to quickly and easily return a product. That is why we are launching a service that will allow this to be done in the simplest way, while also offering the best rates in the country. This is particularly important for businesses that seek to improve service quality and minimize logistics costs without compromising customer experience, said the CEO of Ukrposhta, Ihor Smiliansky.
By the way, the CEO of Ukrposhta, Ihor Smiliansky, reported how much he earned in the company last year.
