On January 5, hourly power outage schedules will be implemented in Ukraine: all regions.
According to ТСН: DTEK and regional energy companies have announced schedules for hourly electricity outages for all regions of Ukraine, effective on Monday. These restrictions are related to the consequences of massive attacks by Russia on energy facilities.
Kyiv
In Kyiv, hourly electricity outage schedules will also be in effect on January 5. This decision was made due to the complicated situation in the energy system following Russian attacks on energy facilities.
Current schedules and changes can be found on the official resources of DTEK and in the telegram channels of energy workers.
Kyiv Region
In the Kyiv region, outage schedules will also be in effect on January 5. In case of any changes, energy workers promise to promptly inform consumers.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The Dnipropetrovsk region also anticipates hourly outages on January 5. The situation may change throughout the day, so residents should follow updates in DTEK's telegram channels and on regional energy companies' websites.
Zhytomyr Region
The electricity outage schedules will be in effect in the Zhytomyr region on Monday, January 5.
Poltava Region
Due to the complicated situation in the energy system, there will also be power outages in the Poltava region on January 5.
Sumy Region
There will also be power outages in the Sumy region. Schedules may change depending on the situation.

Chernivtsi
The electricity outage schedule in the Chernivtsi region for January 5 also anticipates changes throughout the day depending on the situation in the energy system.

Due to ongoing enemy shelling, hourly electricity outages will also be implemented in the Cherkasy region on January 5. Hours of absence of electricity supply:

Queue 1.2: 02:00–04:00, 11:00–14:00, 18:00–20:00
Queue 2.1: 04:00–06:00, 11:00–13:00, 17:00–19:00, 22:00–24:00
Queue 2.2: 06:00–08:00, 13:00–16:00, 20:00–22:00
Queue 3.1: 06:00–08:00, 13:00–16:00, 19:00–22:00
Queue 3.2: 06:00–09:00, 13:00–16:00
Queue 4.1: 09:00–12:00, 16:00–18:00
Queue 4.2: 08:00–11:00, 16:00–18:00, 20:00–22:00
Queue 5.1: 10:00–13:00, 16:00–18:00
Queue 5.2: 08:00–11:00, 15:00–17:00
Queue 6.1: 08:00–11:00, 14:00–17:00
Queue 6.2: 08:00–10:00, 12:00–15:00, 18:00–20:00
Residents are advised to check their queue on the official resources of the regional energy companies and follow the news.
Please note:
When electricity is restored, use devices sparingly.
During outages, disconnect devices from the network to avoid voltage fluctuations when power is restored.
The sole reason for the outages is the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
It is reminded that power outages in Ukraine may continue at least until March. Experts explain why winter creates a critical load on the energy system.
