Oliver Alexander, an OSINT analyst, reported a fire on one of the pontoon crossings over the Seym River in the Kursk region. Lavrov states the impossibility of peace negotiations
Putin refuses peace negotiations due to the situation in the Kursk region. Russian leader Vladimir Putin rules out the possibility of peace negotiations with Ukraine, citing the war he started against Ukraine has recently spread to Russian territory.
