According to ТСН: On Monday, December 1, new power outage schedules are in effect in all regions of Ukraine.

Power Outage Schedules
Hourly outage schedules:
from 00:00 to 23:59 — with a volume of 0.5 to 3 shifts.
Power limitation schedules:
from 00:00 to 23:59 — for industrial consumers.
Ukrenergo warns that during the day the schedules of restrictions may change.
The exact outage schedules for your address can be found on the websites of your regional energy distributors and DTEK. Information is also published by the press services of local territorial communities and most heads of regional state administrations on their social media.
Ukrainians are asked to consume electricity economically, using light according to the schedule.
