The Bethlehem Flame of Peace is traveling through Ukraine by trains: how to receive the symbol of unity.
According to ТСН: For nearly 40 years, scouts in Ukraine have upheld the scouting tradition by passing on the Bethlehem Flame of Peace. This year, the flame is being delivered for the first time to various parts of the country using “Ukrzaliznytsia” trains. Thanks to rail transport, the flame quickly and safely reaches Ukrainians, uniting them and warming their hearts.
Train stations become the places where the flame transmission begins every year: the first lanterns are brought here, after which the scouts set off, passing the flame across the country. Passengers have the opportunity to take the Bethlehem Flame to their homes as a symbol of peace, faith, and support.
Symbol of Unity
Year after year, the Bethlehem Flame reminds us of the importance of unity and mutual support, as well as the struggle between light and darkness. Despite all the challenges, Ukrainians continue to share the warmth of their hearts.
