Ukrainian Armed Forces cross the threshold of 1.2 million losses of the Russian army: new data from the General Staff.
According to ТСН: As of the morning of December 27, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have destroyed 1,203,310 soldiers of the Russian Federation. In the past day, an additional 1,240 military personnel were eliminated. The data is being updated.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Total combat losses of the Russian army:

combat armored vehicles – 23,823 (+19) units
artillery systems – 35,542 (+33) units

It should be noted that Chief of HUR Kyrylo Budanov pointed out that Russia plans to recruit thousands of people for the war against Ukraine in 2026. According to him, the mobilization plan for Russians involves recruiting 409 thousand individuals. For comparison, this year the Kremlin aimed to recruit 403 thousand people and achieved this result.
Thus, the data on the losses of the Russian army continues to indicate a serious burden on the shoulders of the Russian Federation. At the same time, forecasts for the future suggest that the Russian command will not stop at what has been achieved and plans further large-scale mobilization campaigns. This emphasizes the duration of the conflict and its impact on stability in the region.
