President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky shared the details of the meeting with the heads of NABU and SAP. In his evening video address, published on Telegram, he mentioned today's discoveries of officials involved in the corruption scheme for the procurement of drones and electronic warfare means.

The president said that on August 2, he met with the heads of NABU and SAP — Semen Kryvonos and Oleksandr Klymenko.
He emphasized that anti-corruption agencies identified a bribe from one of the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, as well as the heads of district and city administrations, and military personnel of the National Guard of Ukraine.
'I thanked the heads of anti-corruption agencies for this work — for such discoveries. NABU and SAP have all the opportunities to work effectively. We expect fair sentences', Zelensky noted.
The president also reported that the Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko presented a report on the investigation in the National Guard and innovations in logistics units.
'I expect serious results. All managerial positions in the logistics of the National Guard will be held only by combat officers. I instructed the minister to present all the details of these innovations publicly', the president emphasized.
During the meeting with the heads of NABU and SAP, President Zelensky highlighted the importance of fighting corruption in Ukraine, expressed gratitude for the identified violations, and called for severe punishments for the guilty parties. He also stressed the need for structural changes in the National Guard and the implementation of innovations to improve the effectiveness of operations in this area.Read also
