According to TSN.ua: In the Donetsk region, Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel used an FPV drone to shoot down a Russian Ka-52 attack helicopter on the Pokrovsk front. The helicopter’s crew attempted to eject but were eliminated by soldiers from the 414th Brigade. Valued at approximately $16 million, this downed aircraft represents another significant loss for Russian forces.
The incident occurred near the settlement of Nadiivka, where troops from the 59th Separate Assault Brigade played a key role in the operation.
“On the Pokrovsk direction, fighters from the 59th OSHBr used an FPV drone to take down a Russian Ka-52,” stated Serhiy Sternenko.Additionally, Robert Brovdi, known by the call sign Madyar, confirmed:
“Pilots of the 59th OSHBr SBS destroyed an enemy Ka-52.”
Downing of a Su-34 on the Zaporizhzhia Front
Separately, on the Zaporizhzhia axis, the Ukrainian Air Force successfully shot down a Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber, underscoring the growing effectiveness of Ukrainian troops against the aggressor.
