Power Outage Schedules to Take Effect Across Ukraine on March 23: Affected Regions Listed.
Hourly Electricity Blackout Schedules in Ukraine
According to TSN.ua: Starting March 23, 2023, Ukraine will implement hourly power outage schedules as a result of damage to energy infrastructure from Russian attacks. These restrictions apply to all regions of the country, as the power grid has sustained significant harm, making stable electricity supply difficult to maintain.
DTEK and regional power companies have already announced these rolling blackout plans. In Kyiv, for instance, the schedule is as follows:

- Group 21 – 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM

- Group 45 – 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM
- Group 56 – 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM
- Group 57 – 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM
In the Kyiv region, the schedule is as follows:
- 1.1 – 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM
- 6.1 – 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM
The Mykolaiv region also has its own schedule:
- 1.2 – 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- 5.1 – 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM
- 6.2 – 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM
In the Zaporizhzhia region, the outage schedule is:
- 3.2 – 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- 6.2 – 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
The Dnipropetrovsk region has these times:
- 2.2 – 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM
- 42 – 9:30 PM to 10:00 PM
- 6.2 – 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
The Kirovohrad region will follow this schedule:
- 1.1 – 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- 2.1 – 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- 4.1 – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
The Cherkasy region has this schedule:
- 1.2 – 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- 2.2 – 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- 5.2 – 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- 6.1 – 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM
