According to TSN.ua: Starting January 30, 2023, Ukraine will introduce scheduled hourly power outages across all regions of the country. The outage schedules will be tailored to the specific circumstances of each region, with particular attention given to the needs of individual residential buildings in urban areas.

In the capital city of Kyiv, temporary hourly outage schedules will be developed to account for the specific requirements of each building. Similar customized schedules will be implemented in the Kyiv, Odesa, Kirovohrad, Chernihiv, Chernivtsi, Khmelnytskyi, and Zakarpattia regions. This regional adaptation is designed to more effectively distribute the load on the power grids.

• In the Mykolaiv region, the schedule for January 30 will involve 60 separate outage groups.
• The Zaporizhzhia region will also operate with several outage groups.
• The Kharkiv region's schedule will detail outage groups operating from 00:00 to 24:00.
• Various outage groups are planned for the Dnipropetrovsk region on the same day.
