According to Oleh Syniehubov, a hostile drone struck the fifth floor of an apartment block, causing flames to break out on both the fourth and fifth floors.

Three women sought medical help after the attack: one suffered a physical injury, while the other two experienced acute stress reactions. That same day, Russian forces also targeted Kharkiv, damaging another residential building.
