Passenger in Warsaw jokingly about a bomb missed his flight: details of the incident.
According to ТСН: At Warsaw Chopin Airport, a citizen of Lithuania was unable to board the plane due to a joke about a bomb in his luggage.
The man was flying from Poland to Canada, and during the inspection, he told an airport employee that there was a bomb in his luggage. When asked again, he confirmed this.
“A border guard was dispatched to the scene, who monitored the security check, and procedures were immediately halted,” the statement said.
Although no bomb was found, the joker was denied boarding on the flight and was unable to travel to Toronto. Furthermore, he was fined by the airline.
It is worth noting that recently in Germany passengers chased a Wizz Air flight.
This incident again underscores the seriousness of situations related to airport security. Jokes on this topic can have serious consequences, as the safety of passengers remains a priority for airlines and regulatory bodies.
