In contrast, the lowest payments are recorded for officials in the Krasnolutsk community — here the average income does not exceed 17 thousand hryvnias. This information was released by the Poltava Regional Military Administration, presenting updated infographics for the period from January to October 2025.The average salary of civil servants in the region is 25.9 thousand hryvnias, with a significant difference between the communities. This data indicates that
the income level of officials directly depends on the financial capacity of the community and the number of delegated powers. The regional military administration stated that salaries take into account not only base pay but also bonuses, allowances, and other material payments. In August 2025, the average salary in the region amounted to 22,512 hryvnias — 458 hryvnias less than in the previous month. Thus, officials earn on average twice as much as ordinary workers in the region.
It was also previously reported that in August this year
salaries of civil servants in Ukraine astonished with their size.According to the Ministry of Finance, the average payment amounted to 61.6 thousand hryvnias, which is three times higher than the national average indicator of 19.8 thousand hryvnias, according to the Pension Fund.
This statistical data highlights a significant imbalance in the incomes of employees of state institutions depending on the region. High salaries in large communities may indicate stable finances and effective resource management. However, in less prosperous communities, the situation looks quite different, posing challenges for local authorities and their ability to provide adequate living conditions for citizens.
