Consequences of bad weather
Let us remind you that on January 8-9, the snow 'apocalypse' covered Ukraine. In Odesa region, dozens of vehicles, including two ambulances, were pulled out from snowdrifts. In Vinnytsia and Cherkasy, trees blocked roads, and in the west of the country, snowstorms paralyzed movement on state roads.
The situation is gradually normalizing; however, drivers should be cautious on the road due to possible remnants of ice. Authorities advise monitoring reports on road conditions and avoiding travel unless necessary. Forecasters predict an improvement in weather conditions, which will positively affect transport movement.
