According to the expert, any error by so-called 'high-precision' enemy armaments within a 300-meter radius of a reactor could have fatal results.

Serhiy Beskrestnov, who uses the call sign 'Flash,' emphasized that Russia's 'Kinzhal' missiles have low accuracy, which significantly increases the risk of a major accident. He cited an incident from November 2025, where one such missile struck a residential building instead of its intended factory target in Ternopil, as evidence of the weapon's unreliability. By mid-January, occupying forces had reportedly conducted reconnaissance on ten critical facilities across nine Ukrainian regions, raising further alarm.
