According to TSN.ua: On February 3, the Russian Federation's military launched a large-scale attack on Kyiv, causing a widespread power outage across the capital's Left Bank district. Damage and Consequences
A five-story residential building in the Dniprovskyi district was destroyed, and a fire broke out at a preschool facility. In the Desnianskyi district, an administrative building was struck. The Darnytskyi district saw a fire and damage on the 26th floor of a high-rise building, resulting in one injury.
The Pecherskyi district also sustained damage: a gas station was destroyed and four parked cars were damaged. In the Shevchenkivskyi district, a fire in a multi-story building injured two people.
