According to TSN.ua: A widespread Russian assault has resulted in approximately 88,000 Kyiv families losing electricity. The Desnianskyi district was the hardest hit, with numerous households plunged into darkness.

Emergency crews are working around the clock, despite worsening weather conditions, to restore power as swiftly as possible. Energy officials state that priority is being given to reconnecting critical infrastructure facilities. As of today, scheduled stabilization blackouts have been temporarily suspended, which complicates the recovery effort.
