According to TSN.ua: Monobank co-founder Oleg Gorokhovsky has addressed a controversy involving client Karina Kolb, whose account was blocked after she used a video verification service. The bank's action was triggered by a photo featuring a flag that staff mistakenly identified as Russian. Kolb, however, insists the flag was that of Slovenia. Karina Kolb's account was frozen during the video identification process. A resident of the Chuhuiv district in the Kharkiv region, Kolb comes from a military family; her stepfather has been defending Ukraine since 2014.
