According to TSN.ua: A Russian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) exploded on April 1 in the Zolotonosha district of Cherkasy Oblast, killing Ivan Stepaniuk, a member of the public organization "Ukrainian Rescue Service." The incident occurred while he was carrying out volunteer work in an open area during an active air raid warning.

Stepaniuk served as the commissioner for organizing the activities of the "Ukrainian Rescue Service" commissariat in Cherkasy Oblast. Pavlo Dyba announced his death on his Facebook page. It is known that the UAV explosion in Cherkasy region claimed the lives of four people who had approached to inspect the aircraft.
